Our flagship IPA. Bittered with CTZ and Warrior and aroma hopped/dry hopped with Amarillo and Galaxy. Pine, earth, elation, citrus. 6.75% ABV, 90 IBUs.
Black River Stout
Big, roasty, and hoppy imperial stout. Almost like a big, dirty black IPA. Very viscous from the addition of rye and oats. Roast, vanilla, booze. 9.4% ABV, 64 IBUs.
A collaboration IPA with Cerebral Brewing. Finished with southern hemisphere hops and Colorado wildflower honey. A late night Twitter flirt turned into a Colorado craft beer recipe. Three parts James Franco and Seth Rogan, one part Kanye. 7.75% ABV, 105 IBUs.
Bavarian style hefeweizen in yeast and grist. ‘Murrican in hops. German wheat and pilsner make up the most of the grist bill, with a touch of honey malt for some added sweetness. Bittered with Centennial and flavored with Cascade and Amarillo, our hefe has a touch of lemon to accompany the banana flavors typically associated with the style. 4.5% ABV, 24 IBUs.
This farmhouse ale is a tip of the cap to the mining histories of both Colorado and the Hainaut region of Belgium. “As saison was considered the drink of farm workers, grisette was the brew of the miners.” Vinous in nature from the Nelson Sauvin hops and a touch of funk from Brettanomyces. 7.9% ABV
Backslider American Sour
Our kettle soured American red ale, hopped with Cascade and Citra. Tart, light, and popping with notes of lime, toast, and fresh-cut flowers. 5.6% ABV, 13 IBUs.
SupaMike TNT Double IPA
This single hop Double IPA features El Dorado hops throughout the brewing process. Not overly bitter, this straw colored ale features intense notes of pears, kiwi, peaches, and joy. 8.5% ABV, 87 IBUs.
Our lightest offering. This Kolsch-style ale features flavors of straw, bread, wheat, rock candy, and honey. Lightly hopped and finished with Colorado wildflower honey. 4.5% ABV, 25 IBUs.
Belgian wheat/American pale hybrid and dry hopped with Calypso. Part Lance Armstrong, part Eddie Mercyx, all dope. Wheat, pears, apples, grass. 5.0%, 45 IBUs.
Gus’ Breakfast Porter
Traditional robust porter with cold-brewed coffee and “dry hopped” with single sourced cocoa nibs. Chocolaty, nutty, roast, burnt sugar. 6.5% ABV, 21 IBUs.
Breaking Bread Belgian Table Beer
Just like it sounds, this is a malty beer with hops playing a supporting role. A little citrusy help from Centennial, a little vinous character from the Nelson Sauvin, and a slight spiciness added by the yeast. 5.1% ABV 33 IBUs.
Pantalones Rojos Red IPA
American red IPA straddling the line between IPA and amber. This crystal clear red ale features some of our favorite hops: CTZ, Cascade, and Calypso. 5.5% ABV, 60 IBUs.
Walker Texas Brown Ale
Crystal clear and burgundy brown, this ale has a touch of funk from being finished with CTZ hops. A bit of molasses sweetness is added with a load of brown sugar and a hint of chocolate comes from the malt.
8.1% ABV, 66 IBUs.
